Termites

Pre-Treatment- Treatment is for all new construction, additions, or renovations.

Soil Treatment- Treatment consists of termiticides being applied to the soil before the
slab Is poured.

Bora-Care Wood Treatment- Treatment simply mixes in water and is liberally applied
to wood with sprayer, to the point of runoff. Prevents and controls termites, carpenter
ants, wood destroying beetles, and decay fungi.

Bora-Care with Mold Care- The industry's leading weapon against mold. A surface
protectant, killing all forms of fungi, while sanitizing and disinfecting the treated area.

Post Treatment- Treatment consists of trenching, rodding, foaming and sometimes
drilling around the perimeter of the building. We then inject the termiticide to provide
a barrier. Interior foaming is applied to all plumbing areas.

WDI Report- Used to document the presence or absence of wood-destroying insect
such as termites, carpenter ants and other. This is often a requirement to have when
you buy, sell or re finance a home.
